Using your phone for podcast recording — tips and tricks

I've been recording a weekly podcast entirely on my Pixel 8 Pro using a clip-on lav mic. The audio quality with the right app (I use Dolby On) is surprisingly broadcast-ready. Anyone else doing mobile-only production?

I use my iPhone with a Rode Wireless GO II and it's phenomenal. The built-in mics are surprisingly decent for interviews though.
